The SGC does not offer refunds unless orders have been lost and/or if there was an issue with the actual item (damaged or wrong item). Any re-shipments due to customer error (wrong item or incorrect size etc...) will be at the expense of the customer. Be sure to view the size charts and information listed in the descriptions for each item you are ordering.
Items usually are shipped and received within 4 to 10 business days. The SGC is NOT responsible for stolen items left in/on doorsteps, places of business or mailboxes. If postage delivery is confirmed from UPS, FedEx or USPS, refunds will NOT be issued.
